Are you raising a relative child or need housing assistance? A support group meeting will be held for relatives that are caring for relative children this month. Support group meetings will be canceled if schools are closed. Hilham School will have our annual fall festival on September 29, 2023. They will have a chili or hotdog supper starting at 5:00pm to 7:00pm or when we run out of food. The crowning of the royalty will be at 5:30 pm with games and other events to follow. We will be having a live auction, a cake auction and a silent auction. We will also have local vendors here selling their products. Please come out and support our school. Admission is $1.
The Quittin’ Tyme Band will be with us for a fun filled evening of dancing and country music on Friday September 29 from 7:00pm until 10:00pm at the American Legion Post in Livingston located at 121 S. Church St. All dances are family friendly and open to the public, membership not necessary. Concessions are available.
The Parkinson’s support group will meet October 3 at 10:00am. Our speaker will be Shannon Blume with Abvie. She has information to help us organize our questions before our medical appointments. Livingston Narcotics Anonymous holds meetings weekly on Fridays at 7:00pm and Sundays at 5:00pm at Millard Oakley Library.
