Drive Thru COVID-19 Testing Locations

Traditional testing is now available Monday through Friday at the Overton County Fairgrounds from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.

Free Flu Shots

The Overton County Health Department is offering free flu shots every Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. The shots can be administered within the facility or you can request outside services.

The Stephens Center Parent-Child Connection

Spring 2021, Series I: Wednesdays 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Sessions are held at the Stephens Center, located at 616 North Church St., Livingston. Certificates will be awarded to parents attending eight sessions within the series. There is no charge for PCC sessions. Feb. 17: “Choices & Consequences.” For more information, call 832-6432.

Relative Caregiver, Housing Assistance

Are you raising a relative child or need housing assistance? For more information on assistance and support, please contact Melissa Allison at the Upper Cumberland Development District toll-free at 1-877-275-8233. A support group meeting will be held for relatives that are caring for relative children during the month of February 2021. Please contact Melissa Allison at 931-476-4127, if you are interested in attending this meeting. For housing assistance, while caring for a minor child, contact Myra Walker at 931-432-4111.

Myers-Zollicoffer Sons of Confederate Veterans Camp 1990

Myers-Zollicoffer Sons of Confederate Veterans Camp 1990 meets Thursday, Feb. 18, 7 p.m., American Legion Post 004, 121 South Church St, Livingston. Susan Richardson will speak on Making Do in the Blockaded South. Info: (931)783-3767.

Commodity Distribution

The Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency (UCHRA) will hold a commodities distribution for Overton County (Livingston) on Tuesday, Feb. 23 from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Overton County Fairgrounds. Sign up will be available at the distribution site. The Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, sex, color, national origin, religion, or disability i n admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services, or activities.
