It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to serve upon Jessica Krebs, Attorney for the Tennessee Department of Children Services, 600 Hearthwood Court, Cookeville, Tennessee 38506, (931) 372-7127, an Answer to the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights filed by the Tennessee Department of Children Services, within thirty (30) days of the last day of publication of this notice, and pursuant to Rule 39(e)(1) of the Tenn. R. Juv. P. you must also appear in the Juvenile Court of Overton County, Tennessee at Livingston, Tennessee on the 17th day of February, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., for the Hearing on the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights by the State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services If you fail to do so, a default judgment will be taken against you pursuant to Tenn. PERSONAL PROPERTY: All personal property, motorized vehicles and farm machinery belonging to the estate that’s on the premises the day of sale.

TERMS OF SALE PERSONAL PROPERTY: Cash and carry the day of sale.

REAL PROPERTY: Real property will be sold in two (2) tracts with re-grouping.

TERMS OF SALE REAL PROPERTY: 20% down the day of sale, balance due upon confirmation by the Chancery Court. BID SHALL BE LEFT OPEN: The Clerk and Master will leave the bidding open for a period of ten (10) days thereafter or until January 26, 2020 at 4 p.m. In the event that, during said time period, an additional bid is submitted to the Clerk & Master in a minimum amount of ten (10%) percent above the maximum bid submitted at the public auction, a second sale shall occur. The highest bid obtained shall be presented to the Court for final confirmation. Said property will be sold “as is, where is” both surface and subsurface, having invited bidders to inspect prior to bidding. Additional terms to be announced the day of sale. Announcements made day of sale take precedence.

Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of December, 2020, Letters Testamentary, in respect to the estate of Raymond Reed, deceased, who died April 18, 2020 were issued to the undersigned to the undersigned Connie Sue Reed by the Chancery Court/Probate Division of Overton County, Tennessee.
