The State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, has filed a petition against you seeking to declare your child to be dependent and neglected.  It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown.  You are hereby ORDERED to serve upon Rebecca Brady, Attorney for the Tennessee Department of Children Services, 600 Hearthwood Court, Cookeville, Tennessee 38506, (931) 646-3010, an Answer to the Petition filed by the Tennessee Department of Children Services, within thirty (30) days of the last day of publication of this notice, and pursuant to Rule 103(c)(3) of the Tenn. R. Juv. P. you must also appear in the Juvenile Court of Putnam County, Tennessee at Cookeville, Tennessee on the 10th day of December, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. for the Adjudicatory Hearing on the Petition filed by the State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services  If you fail to do so, a default judgment will be taken against you pursuant to Rule 55 of the Tenn. R. of Civ. CHANCERY COURT AUCTION

In ovbedience to a decree of the Chancery Court at Livingston, Tennessee made at the November 6, 2020 Session in the above styled case, I will on Saturday December 19, 2020, beginning at 10:01 a.m. on the premises, sell to the highest and best bidder the property in said decree described, being a house, garage, out buildings, some personal property situated on 31.19 surveyed acres located at 555 Villa Drive in the Town of Livingston, Tennessee and being Tax Maps 53, Parcel 108.01 and Tax Map 53, Parcel 109.2 in the Tax Assessor of Property’s Office for Overton County, Tennessee and described in Warranty Deed Book No. 169, Page 321 and Warranty Deed Book 208, Page 514 in the Register of Deeds Office for Overton County, Tennessee.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: All personal property, motorized vehicles and farm machinery belonging to the estate that’s on the premises the day of sale.

TERMS OF SALE PERSONAL PROPERTY: Cash and carry the day of sale.

REAL PROPERTY: Real property will be sold in two (2) tracts with re-grouping.

TERMS OF SALE REAL PROPERTY: 20% down the day of sale, balance due upon confirmation by the Chancery Court. BID SHALL BE LEFT OPEN: The Clerk and Master will leave the bidding open for a period of ten (10) days thereafter or until December 29, 2020 at 4 p.m. In the event that, during said time period, an additional bid is submitted to the Clerk & Master in a minimum amount of ten (10%) percent above the maximum bid submitted at the public auction, a second sale shall occur. The highest bid obtained shall be presented to the Court for final confirmation. Said property will be sold “as is, where is” both surface and subsurface, having invited bidders to inspect prior to bidding. Additional terms to be announced the day of sale. Announcements made day of sale take precedence.
