The Livingston Academy Wildcats football team traveled to Sparta on Friday where they would lose 34-28 to White County High School after a fourth quarter resurgence from LA.
The Warriors would lead for the duration of the contest but a high scoring fourth quarter for the Wildcats would give them hope late in the game.
“These kids know that their coaches love them. We’re going to encourage, we’re going to chew them out, we’re going to let them have it when they need it and they respond. They responded and they came back,” head coach Bruce Lamb said.
LA would begin the game with the ball before quickly being forced to punt it away.
White County would show their biggest strength on their opening drive when they began to pound the ball up field with their very physical running back.
