Two Plead Guilty To Drug Charges

Two Livingston men pled guilty to drug charges in the last session of Overton County Criminal Court—both resulting in probation.

Timothy Daryl Richardson, 45 of Livingston, was indicted in May 2019 on four drug related charges: two counts of Sale of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) of more than 0.5 grams and two counts of Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) of more than 0.5 grams.

Richardson pled guilty in the July session of Overton County Criminal Court to one count of each violation, which yields the possible punishment of up to six years of incarceration for both counts; however, he was sentenced to four years of supervised probation and a $2,500 fine.

Attorney Steve Daniels represented Richardson in his case.
