Criminal Investigation Closed On Lee

A criminal investigation on a teacher has been closed, according to the District Attorney.

As previously reported in the Livingston Enterprise, a Livingston Academy teacher was suspended while investigations took place after allegations of sexual harassment involving two former Livingston Academy students surfaced.

A letter was sent to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) last Thursday from 13th Judicial District Attorney Bryant C. Dunaway, stating that the criminal investigation into the allegations has been closed due to lack of physical evidence; however, “If any new evidence or information is discovered, the file could be re-opened.”
