This matter came on to be heard before the Honorable Jonathan Young on the 17th of April, 2020, upon the Petitioner’s Motion for Service by Publication pursuant to T.C.A. § 21-1-204. After consideration and statement of counsel, the Motion and Affidavit filed herewith, the Court hereby finds that attempts to locate the Respondent and his address have been unsuccessful.

Wherefore, the Court hereby ORDERS that the Respondent, Nathan Ellis, shall be served by publication. This Order shall be published in a weekly publication in the county of his last known residence and the county of this action for four (4) consecutive weeks. Failure to respond to this action within thirty (30) days of the last publication of such notice may result in default being taken with respect to such Respondent. The hearing date for such default shall be July 17, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at the Putnam County Justice Center in Cookeville, Tennessee. A copy of this Order, along with a copy of the Complaint, shall be forwarded by the Circuit Court Clerk to the Respondent at his last known address, if known, in accordance with T.C.A. § 21-1-105.
