School Board Addresses Topsoil; Firing Of Coach

The Overton County Board of Education met in regular session last Tuesday and released a statement regarding the actions of the board and a school board member after a Comptroller of the Treasury investigation found actions of malfeasance.

The investigation was made public on Feb. 25 and was reported in the Livingston Enterprise.

    I think y’all are being a bit harsh on both of these people. Sounds to me like someone has a grudge on them. They are both great people. I think it’s a shame!

    I believe y’all are being a bit harsh. I think both of your victims are very good and honest people. I think they should be treated with more respect than you are giving.
