Commissioners Approve 2nd Amendment Protection Act

Overton County Commissioners approved a resolution protecting second amendment rights when they met last night.

The action came during the regular monthly meeting of commissioners.

The measure, which is a resolution to prevent federal and state infringements on the right to keep and bear arms and nullifies all federal acts in violation of the second amendment, was unanimously approved.
