Man Charged With Murder In Overdose

A Livingston man was arrested last week for allegedly supplying fentanyl to a man who overdosed in 2019.

Ronald Anson Wheeler, 51 of Livingston, is being charged in an Overton County Grand Jury indictment with two counts of second degree murder and several other drug charges, including three counts of delivery of a schedule II controlled substance—fentanyl; two counts of sale of a schedule II controlled substance—fentanyl; two counts of sale of a schedule I controlled substance—heroin and two counts for the delivery of heroin.
