Beer Board Holds Disciplinary Meeting

Three local retailers failed compliance checks for beer sales that were held by the Overton County Sheriff’s Department in September. The retailers had sold alcohol to minors who had presented fake identification.

A meeting was held last Wednesday to discuss disciplinary matters and to make sure the store owners understand what would happen if another compliance check is failed within 12 months.
