NOTICE TO CREDITORS

ESTATE OF: LARRY ALLEN MYRICK, Sr. (Deceased)                 CASE NO: 19-PR-60

            Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of September 2019, Letters of Administration in respect to the estate of Larry Allen Myrick, Sr., deceased, who died on April 10, 2019 were issued to the undersigned Tonya Myrick Hamlet, by the Chancery Court/Probate Division of Overton County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or not, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk and Master of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

(a.) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to the creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting);

(b.) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of firs publication (or postings) as described in (1)(a); or

Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

In this cause, it appearing from the Petition which is sworn to, that the above named RESPONDENT is believed to be non-residents of Overton County and the State of Tennessee and/or is avoiding service of process, so that ordinary process cannot be served upon the above named RESPONDENT.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the above named RESPONDENT file an answer in the Circuit Court for Overton County, Tennessee and with the Petitioner’s attorney, Lynda W. Patterson whose address is 209 A West Main Street, Livingston, TN 38570, THIRTY (30) DAYS of the last day of this publication, or a judgment by default may be entered, and the cause set for a hearing EX PARTE for the relief demanded in the Petition.

This notice will be published in the Livingston Enterprise a newspaper in Livingston, Overton County, Tennessee for four (4) successive weeks. This the 27th day of September, 2019.
