The former embattled director of the Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency (UCHRA) is now suing the agency for wrongful termination.
Luke Collins, who served as director of the agency for several years, has filed the suit. The UCHRA board dismissed him in May of 2018 for what was cited as abuse of compensatory time. News headlines previously stated Collins had participated in a farm event with his children while he should have been working for UCHRA. He was also accused of misusing his travel allowance while attending a business event in Nashville.
