Man Pleads Guilty To Truck Theft

A Monroe man who pled guilty to stealing items that valued up to $60,000 was not ordered to pay back restitution in Wednesday’s Overton County Criminal Court session.

An indictment was filed in December of last year for Cotie E. Rhea, 20, along with another individual, Phillip Stevens, Jr., for charges of theft of property that valued between $10,000 to $60,000 and vandalism damages over $1,000.
