Advisory Board Considers First Complaints

Having numerous, and mostly stationary, vehicles stored in plain sight on your property within city limits might not be a violation of municipal code, as it appears from discussion in the Property Maintenance Advisory Board’s session on Monday, March 25.

The new advisory board took on five properties for review that evening for their first set of complaints. Those properties, that some may consider unsightly, were transmitted on to a screen for the board to review as evidence against property owners that had allegedly violated city “junked motor vehicle” regulations.
