Board Is Formed To Review Public Nuisance Allegations

The newly appointed Livingston Property Maintenance Advisory Board, when they met on Tuesday night for their first meeting ever, were advised by Mayor Curtis Hayes that the goal is “simply just to clean up the property.”

“If you took three, or four, or five a night and discuss them, I think that the goal is, is for Darius (Sims, Codes Inspector) to come in and have some pictures of it, you’ll see it on the screen there, and who ever comes in, they’ll obviously give their side of the story, but just always remember our goal, is just to clean up the property. That’s what we’re really looking for is simply just to clean up the property,” said Hayes.
