Central Park Alcohol Ordinance Is Amended

Concerns from several citizens were raised before the Mayor and Board of Aldermen last night about an ordinance that would allow the consumption of alcohol in Livingston’s Central Park.

Three individuals, in opposition of Ordinance 2019-2-3, came forward to share concerns with the council. One citizen, Adam Neff, asked the question, “Is the money that we’re going to make as a city worth the damage that’s going to be done?”
