New Sidewalks Coming To Livingston

The City of Livingston is stepping into a new project to improve and replace sidewalks after they were selected for a Multimodal Access Grant from the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) for more than $700,000.

“With half of all trips in the United States being three miles or less, good walking, biking and transit facilities are essential to the continued growth and success of our towns and cities,” reports the TDOT website about the grant.
