Planning Commission Approves Building Plans

The new Overton County administrative services building continues to take steps into finalization, as the site plan was approved in the Livingston Municipal Planning Commission meeting on Jan. 28.

The planning commission approved the proposed parking layout for the Millard V. Oakley Services Building located at across from Winningham Hardware pending the approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) for a variance for 47 parking spaces.
