Board Amends Property Regulations

The Livingston Mayor and Board of Aldermen are “cutting down” on over grown grass in the city, as amendments to the property maintenance regulations that would consider this and other items to be unlawful were approved upon first reading in regular session last night.

The first reading of an ordinance to amend Chapter 1, Title 13 of the Livingston Municipal Code related to property maintenance regulations was approved. The ordinance was amended by deleting Chapter 1 “Miscellaneous” in its entirety and replacing it with several recommendations.
