Board Votes To Move Ahead With Project

The board of directors at the Overton County Health and Rehab (OCHR) had an apparent change of mind about putting the construction project off for another year as they voted unanimously Thursday night to move forward with making plans for additions to the facility.

Last month the facility reviewed financial data from James R. Jobe, CPA, CGMA, of Jobe, Hastings and Associates, who conducts OCHR’s annual audits, but the board had another guest to later join in the discussion after preparing two financial reports that may have changed the outlook for the project.
