A Girl And Her Ghoul

The connection made among kindred spirits can promote our plans, create extraordinary memories and take us through a thrilling adventure of a lifetime, but these special souls do not always appear as one would expect – especially if they are a Halloween ghoul.

It was four years ago that the Livingston-Overton County Chamber of Commerce Director of Marketing and Tourism Rita Reagan-Underhill met Billy Bones in a department store, who would later become what Livingston would come to know as the spirit of Fall-O-Ween. The character of Billy Bones is an amusing, somewhat mischievous rascal with an endearing ghoulish appearance who loves to make friends, have a good time and is always on the prowl for candy.
