Residents may have noticed that graffiti has been popping up in various parts of Livingston as of late, damaging both the beauty and charm of the town. Not only is graffiti an eyesore, the damage is an expense to the businesses and property owners involved and can affect the perception of a community. That perception, in turn, can cost thousands in lost revenue from a potential reduction in tourism – not to mention decreasing property value and the desire to relocate to an area.
