Man Is Found Asleep At Red Light

A man was arrested by the Livingston Police Department (LPD) after he allegedly stole a vehicle. He racked up other charges from the Overton County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD) for possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI, all within a 24 hour span.

Lester M. Brown, Jr., 53, was arrested by LPD Detective Jacob Boswell for theft of property over $10,000. According to Detective Boswell’s report, “On 12-20-17, Lester M. Brown did take a 2008 Chevrolet pickup truck from the parking lot of Wascon Inc. located on East Main Street in Livingston.”
