Two New Commissioners Are Appointed

Overton County commissioners approved a couple of new commissioners last night to replace two who had recently resigned.

Enterprise readers may remember that commissioners were notified of the resignations by Jordan Danner of the third district and Bruce Ledford from the fifth district at the last meeting. At that meeting, County Executive Ben Danner informed commissioners of the process to appoint replacements, stating that commissioners have 120 days to appoint someone to fill the terms.
