The Highlands Fitness Challenge recently wrapped up in Overton County, with the top three teams receiving awards for their efforts.
The Highlands Fitness Challenge, a program that aims to help local businesses and organizations cultivate a healthy and fit workforce, had yet another great year in 2017. This year’s challenge began in March and continued through May of 2017. The Highlands Health and Wellness Committee initiate this competition-based challenge. It provides an easy plan that equips Jackson, Overton, Putnam and White County businesses, organizations and community groups to get active.
