Friday afternoon, Jeff Boles was heading west on Campground Road in Overton County when his vehicle slipped off the right side of the road causing him to overcorrect and skid his vehicle across the two-lane road, through a fence and into the yard of property owned by Shirley Dillon. He then headed west on foot. Officers quickly found Boles at his house, which was just down the road. Boles was transported back to the scene where he was treated by EMT and was later transported. Overton County Sheriff’s Department Deputy John Frazier was the officer on the scene. According to Frazier, charges are pending.
