The board of the Overton County Health and Rehab Center has voted unanimously to send a proposed $4 million project to upgrade the nursing home to the county commission for consideration of funding. The vote came at last week’s board meeting, held just a couple of weeks after a work session with commissioners.
“I think the meeting we had with everybody … went very well,” said commissioner and board member Donna Savage. “I didn’t see anybody that wasn’t for (the project.)”
