Hilda L. Pritchard, 74, of Hilham, passed away Feb. 26 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. No funeral services are planned at this time. She was born March 15, 1941 in Ft. Pierce, Fla. She was vice president of operations at SunTrust Bank and attended First Baptist Church in Livingston. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Watson Landers; husband, Michael E. Pritchard; and sisters, Kay, Evelyn and Hazel. Surviving relatives include her son, Carl (Tracy) Pritchard of Hilham; daughters, Rebecca Pritchard of Port St. Lucie, Fla. and Mary (Beau) Coyne of Orlando, Fla.; grandchildren, Amanda Lafary, Michael Matt and Margaret Matt; great grandchildren, Kailyn Rose Lafary and McKenna Marie Matt; and sisters, Lawanna Layfield of Ft. Kimmie Lee Stamps Bilbrey, 50, of Livingston, passed away Feb. 24 at her home. Funeral services were held Feb. 27 from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with Bro. Aron Dillon officiating. Interment followed in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. She was born April 11, 1965 in Livingston. She was preceded in death by her father, Luther Washington Stamps; sister, Vechel Kay Stamps; brother, Luther Randall Stamps; grandparents, Harley and Christine Bilyeu and Wilker and Alpha Stamps; nephew, Jonahthan Ray Dixon; and brother-in-law, Johnny Ray Massengille. Surviving relatives include her husband, Bill Bilbrey; mother, Betty Stamps; brother, Ricky (Jean) Stamps; sisters, Betty Faye Massingille, Tina (Bruce) Dixon, Rita (Adam) Daniels and Rachel (Jacob Carmack) Stamps; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Pallbearers were Roger Savage, Sherman Savage, Bryan Murphy, Dwain Upchurch, Josh Owens, Tommy Daniels, Lucas Daniels and Adam Daniels.
Alice Cheryl Wright
Alice Cheryl Wright, 68, of Livingston, passed away Feb. 22 at her home. The family has chosen cremation, per her wishes. No services are planned at this time. She was born Nov. 5. 1947 in Barberton, Ohio. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who treasured time with her kids and grandchildren. She enjoyed the simple things in life and was very family based. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Franklin Hout and Lois Marie Johns Hout. Surviving relatives include her husband of 50 years, Bradford Lynn Wright; daughter, Sabrina (James) Runion of Livingston; sons, Greg Wright of LaHabra, Calif. and Anthony (Rebecca) Wright of Livingston; grandchildren, Dakota and Autumn Runion; cousin, Shirley Foster of Garden Grove, Calif.; and brother, Danny Hout of New York. Dyer Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Barbara Ann Upchurch, 74, of Livingston, passed away Feb. 22 at her home. Funeral services were held Feb. 25 from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with Rev. Dee Wells, Bro. Michael Almondrode and Bro. James Shenko officiating. Interment followed in the Upchurch Cemetery. She was born May 13, 1941 in Livingston. She was preceded in death by her parents, Towine and Dovie Dillon; and her husband, Harold Gentry Upchurch. Surviving relatives include her daughter, Donna (Randy) Gentry; grandsons, William (Laurie) Green and Cody (Heather) Green; and great granddaughters, Marley Green and Aysiah Roberts. Pallbearers were Mike Turner, Bryant Johnson, William Green, Cody Green, Scottie Roberts and Lester Green.

Garment Factory Worker
Noel T. “Buddy” Jouett, 84, of the Barnes Ridge community of Overton County, passed away Feb. 22 at Overton County Health and Rehab Center. Funeral services were held Feb. 25 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Rev. Hillier Duke officiating. Interment followed in the Hatcher Hall Cemetery. He was born Nov. 8, 1931 in Pickett County. He was a garment factory worker and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of Hatcher Hall Christian Church and loved fox hunting, fishing and watching baseball. He was preceded in death by his parents, W.C. and Nora Taylor Jouett; and a brother, Frank Jouett. Surviving relatives include his wife, Betty Jouett of the Barnes Ridge community; son, Eric (Jennifer) Jouett of Monroe; granddaughters, Regina Jouett (Mickey Daniels) of Monroe and Erica Jouett (Craig Foster) of Cookeville; great grandchildren, Gavin Daniels, Tyler Daniels, Jayden Daniels, Skyler Daniels and Grayson Daniels; brother, Dr. Ray (Sarah) Jouett of Little Rock, Ark.; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Mickey Daniels, Michael Daniels, John Willeford, Robert Huckeby and Craig Foster.
