Family night and supper for seniors is every Wednesday night at 5 p.m. at the Dodson Branch Community Center. Home cooked potluck meals will be served.
The Dudney’s Hill Church of Christ will be giving away free food the first and third Sunday of each month. It will be handed out from 3 p.m. till 4:30 p.m.
Jackson County Transportation will be donating all proceeds earned on Nov. 30 to help Savannah Wright and her family.
The Gainesboro Christmas Parade will be held on Dec. 1 at 5 p.m. Applications for the parade can be picked up at the Chamber of Commerce office.
The Gainesboro Elementary School will have a book fair Nov. 28-Dec. 5. Family night will be Nov. 29 from 3 p.m. till 6 p.m.
The Jackson County Health Council will meet Dec. 6 at 11:30 a.m. at the Jackson County Agricultural building.

Craft Fair And Market
The Fairview Community Center will be hosting its first Craft Fair and Market from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Dec. 8 at 2230 Hwy 85 in Gainesboro. Handcrafted items, collectibles, new merchandise, homemade candy, cakes, pies and more will be available. Vending space is limited.
