UNMARRIED, to MATT B. MURFREE, Trustee, of record in TRUST BOOK 363,
PAGE 61, for the benefit of GUARANTY TRUST COMPANY, in the Register’s
Office for OVERTON County, Tennessee and to J. PHILLIP JONES, appointed
as Substitute Trustee in an instrument of record in the Register’s
