TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, on the 15th day of August, 2002, by Deed of Trust recorded in Record Book 19, page 549, in the Register’s Office of Jackson County, Tennessee, RONNIE FLATT AND WIFE, ROSE A. FLATT, conveyed to TROY D. YORK, Trustee for Citizens Bank, Gainesboro, Tennessee, whose power was conveyed to LEE G. RICHARDSON as Successor Trustee by Appointment recorded in Record Book 68, page 1917, in the Register’s Office of Jackson County, Tennessee, and which Note was assigned to the Citizens Bank of Lafayette, Tennessee, in Record Book 61, page 1381, ROJCT, the secured real estate to secure the payment of a Note set out therein; and

WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness and other provisions of the Deed of Trust have been violated, wherein the holder of said indebtedness has declared the entire amount due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and the Trustee has been directed to foreclose on the Deed of Trust.  In accordance with, the undersigned Trustee will sell the secured real estate at public auction for cash at the East door of the Jackson County Courthouse in Gainesboro, Tennessee, on November 20th, 2012, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. The property is to be sold in bar of the equity of redemption and is subject to the lien of all special assessments, if any, and is subject to prior county and city taxes. WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by that certain Real Estate Deed of Trust for Tennessee executed on March 1, 1996 by Beverly L.
