Outlaws Dominate White County Spartans

Junior Outlaws

The Jr. Outlaws started their season off in a close game. The offense was able to move the ball effectively by getting in the red-zone four times, but just didnt capitalize on it. White County drew first blood by scoring before halftime to take a 6-0 lead. The defense held strong in the second half by not allowing another point. The offense was able to punch it in on a five yard run with a successful conversion late in the game to take the win and go to 1-0 on the season. The final score was 7-6 in favor of the Outlaws.

Senior Outlaws

On Saturday, Aug. 21 the Outlaws hosted the White County Spartans (Maroon). The first half started with both teams putting points on the board that made it a tight game. The score at the half was 20-18 in favor of the Outlaws. At the half Coach Curtis Hayes and his coaching staff adjusted their game plan and in the second half the Outlaws executed the game plan by shutting down White County. The final score was 33-18 in favor of the Outlaws. The Outlaws next game is Sat., Aug. 28 at Fentress County.
