TRUSTEE’S SALE

, on the 16th day of January, 2003, RICHARD L. BOWMAN and wife, PATSY BOWMAN, by Deed of Trust recorded in Record Book 23, page 812,  and modified in Record Book 53, page 1045, all recorded in the Register’s Office of Jackson County, Tennessee, to which reference is hereby made; RICHARD L. BOWMAN and wife, PATSY BOWMAN, conveyed to TROY YORK, Trustee for Citizens Bank of Gainesboro, Tennessee, which Note and Deed of Trust have been assigned to Citizens Bank of Lafayette, Tennessee, in Record Book 61, page 1381, in the Register’s Office of Jackson County, Tennessee, whose power was conveyed to Joe Carter as Successor Trustee by Appointment recorded in Record Book 74, page 1344, in the Register’s Office of Jackson County, Tennessee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of a Note set out therein; and

WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness and other provisions of the Deed of Trust have been violated, wherein the holder of said indebtedness has declared the entire amount due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and the Trustee has been directed to foreclose on the Deed of Trust.  In accordance with, the undersigned Trustee will sell the hereinafter described real estate at public auction for cash at the East door of the Jackson County Courthouse in Gainesboro, Tennessee, on 25th day of July 2014, at 10:00 O’clock A.M.  The property is to be sold in bar of the equity of redemption and is subject to the lien of all special assessments, if any, and is subject to prior county and city taxes.
