Sale at public auction will be on March 20, 2014 at 12:00 P.M. local time, at the east door, Jackson County Courthouse, 101 Main Street, Gainesboro, Tennessee, conducted by Shapiro & Kirsch, LLP Substitute Trustee, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Gail Gilson, unmarried woman, to Cameron and Chaffin, Trustee, on May 23, 2002 at Book 17, Page 739; all of record in the Jackson County Register’s Office.

Wiggins, R.L.S. 70, plat dated March 28, 2002, and being a portion of Tract 1 and all of Tract 2 of the lands of Gail Gibson contained in Deed Book F-4 at page 591 in the Register’s Office in Jackson County, Tennessee.
