It appearing from the bill in this case, which is sworn to, that Lori Wade resides out of the State and cannot be personally served with process, it is ordered that publication be made for four consecutive weeks in the Jackson County Sentinel, a newspaper published at Gainesboro, in Jackson County, Tennessee, requiring the said Defendant to appear before said General Sessions Court on the 4th day of February, 2014 next, and make defense to the bill filed in the above cause, which seeks Petition For Temporary Custody otherwise said bill will be taken for confessed and the cause proceeded with ex parte.

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated October 24, 2003, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded November 17, 2003, at Book 30, Page 1270 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Jackson County, Tennessee, executed by Danny Franklin and Nancy Nielsen, conveying certain property therein described to Wesley D. Beginning at an iron pin in a fence row North 64 degrees 38 West 180 feet from an iron pin at a fence corner, said fence corner being the Northeast corner of Tract 13 in Joe Young Subdivision; thence along said fence Row North 64 degrees 38 minutes West 265 feet to old iron pin thence leaving said fence row North 5 degrees 23 minutes East 800 feet to an iron pin in the South margin of a 40 foot road right of way; thence along said margin South 85 degrees 52 minutes East 250 feet to an iron pin; thence leaving said margin South 5 degrees 23 minutes East 895 feet to a point of Beginning. Being Parcel No. 3 of Tract 13 of Joe Young Subdivision and above described parcel containing 4.86 acres more or less.
