Randy Alan Robinson, 39, of Bloomington Springs passed away Dec. 20 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held Dec. 24 at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Anderson and Bro. Charles Maxwell officiating. Interment followed in Union-Flatt Cemetery. Randy Alan Robinson was born Jan. 11, 1974 in Jackson County. He was a truck driver and affiliated with Union Hill Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his father David Robinson; maternal grandparents Odes and Velma Birdwell; paternal grandparents Bill and Mae Robinson and niece Heather Robinson. Surviving relatives include daughters Brittany and husband Brad Weakley, Shakota and husband Randy Harville, all of Cookeville and Alyson Kirby, of Baxter; grandchildren Nevaeh Robinson and Ace Harville; mother Bessie Lou Robinson, of Bloomington Springs; brothers Dwayne Robinson, of Gainesboro and Phillip and wife Dana Robinson, of Bloomington Springs, nieces Tiffany and Macayla Robinson; nephew Daniel Robinson; and other family and friends also served.
Lillie Pearl Scott Ferrell Richardson
Lillie Pearl Scott Ferrell Richardson, 77, passed away Dec. 25 at her daughter’s residence. Funeral services were held Dec. 28 at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Throckmorton and Bro. Danny Strong officiating. Interment followed at Mt. Holly Cemetery in Smithville, Tenn. Lillie Pearl Scott Ferrell Richardson was born Feb. 1, 1936 in Marshall County, Tenn. She was a homemaker and a member of Church of God of Prophecy in Livingston, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her husbands Joel “Joe” C. Richardson and Lonnie Hubert Ferrell; her parents Allen Scott and Anna Scott; two brothers Allen Scott Jr and David Scott and one sister Louise Newcomb. Surviving relatives include son Michael (Linda) Ferrell, of St. Louis, Mo.; daughters Debra (Randy) Bryant, of Cookeville, Kathy (Danny) Strong, of Griffin Ga., Judy Richardson, of Gainesboro, Betty Richardson, of Gainesboro, Carolyn (Michael) Rouse, of Romeoville, Ill and Frances Jackson, of Gainesboro; adopted son John Scott of Gainesboro; brothers George William Scott, of Lewisburg and Bobby Gene Scott, of Orlando, Fla.; two half-sisters Nancy Deskins, of Virginia and Ethel Michelle Scott of Lewisburg.; 16 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
