Siddie Scott, 68, of Celina passed away Dec. 17 at her residence. Funeral services were held Dec. 19 from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home with Bro. Willie Kerr officiating. Interment followed in Ashlock Cemetery. Siddie Scott was born Nov. 7, 1945 in Burkesville, Ky. She was a housekeeper at the boat dock. She was preceded in death by her parents Arvile and Lela (Ashlock) Scott. Surviving relatives include daughter Revena Birdwell and husband Scottie of Baxter; sons Daniel Scott of Ashlock, Ky., Randy Scott and wife Amy of Celina, and Gary Scott of Ashlock, Ky.; sister Edith Strong of Moss; brother Willie Clyde Scott of Moss; grandchildren Austin Birdwell, Shawn Kilmon, Sierra Kilmon, Briana Scott, Haley Scott, McKinze Scott, Jordan Weiss, Ty Weiss, Tia Weiss; great grandchildren Dalton Sandlin and Quentin Kilmon; and special friends Linda Huddleston and Ketina Huff.
Wade Jack Walker
Wade Jack Walker, 79, of Celina passed away Dec. 18 at Cumberland River Hospital. Funeral services were held Dec. 21 from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Dodson officiating. Interment followed in Macedonia Cemetery. Wade Jack Walker was born May 18, 1934 in Celina. He was a factory worker and a member of New Hope Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents Wade and Mackie (Anderson) Walker; and daughter Melessia Brye. Surviving relatives include wife Wilma Jean Walker of Celina; daughter Freda Poindexter of Celina; son Michael Walker of Celina; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; sisters Ruthie Boles of Celina and Letha Reecer of Indianapolis, Ind.; and brother Thomas Walker of Celina.
Frances Jean Scott
Frances Jean Scott, 74, of Moss passed away Dec. 18 at Cumberland River Hospital. Funeral services were held Dec. 20 from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home with Bro. Donald Bryant officiating. Interment followed in Pine Hill Cemetery. Frances Jean Scott was born Oct. 12, 1939 in Clay County. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents Miles Richard and Plina Elizabeth (Perrin) Adams; and granddaughter Patricia Scott Montgomery. Surviving relatives include husband Willie Clyde Scott of Moss; daughter Shirley Strong and husband Danny of Moss; sons Wendell Scott and wife Rachel of Lafayette, Durell Scott and wife Tina of Celina, Timmy Scott and wife Paula of Moss and Elvis Scott and wife Marsha of Moss; thirteen grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
David P. Conner
David P. Conner, 47, of the Pleasant Hill Community of Allons passed away Dec. 18 at Livingston Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held Dec. 21 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Randy Pickens officiating. Interment followed in Martin Cemetery in Allons. David P. Conner was born Dec. 10, 1966 in Overton County. He was a farmer and was affiliated with Fellowship Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father Walter Jack Conner; grandparents Wilbur and Agnes Nelson and Veachel and Hattie Conner; and aunts Judy Harris, Jean Hensley, Louise Sells, and Janice Sells. Surviving relatives include his mother Joan Nelson Conner of the Pleasant Hill Community of Allons; brothers Shannon Conner of the Pleasant Hill Community and Mark Conner of Cookeville; sister Shelia Reagan and husband Doug of Allons; special friend Tracy Coleman of Livingston; nieces Savannah and Jillian Reagan of Allons; aunt Kathy Pealer of Allons; uncles Donnie and Roger Nelson of Allons; and several cousins. Pallbearers were Roger Nelson, Donnie Nelson, Chris Nelson, Travis Puckett, Billy Jo Sells, and Dennie Pealer.
