Sue Bilbrey Copeland

Sue Bilbrey Copeland, 81, of Livingston passed away Dec. 7 at her home. Funeral services were held Dec. 9 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Cobb officiating. Interment followed in Overton County Memorial Gardens. She was born Feb. 10, 1932 in Overton County. She was the county executive director of the ASCS Office and a member of First Baptist Church in Livingston. She was preceded in death by parents John Edward and Edith Sullivan Bilbrey; son Tony Copeland; and brothers Larry and Lansford Bilbrey. Surviving relatives include sons Ronald Eric “Ricky” Copeland and Christopher Lane Copeland both of Livingston; daughter Lori Copeland Parton of Cookeville; brother Carmon Bilbrey of Livingston; sister Kaye Killmon of Livingston and Bertrice Crenshaw of New Mexico; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Grae Parton, Jeff Copeland, Jeremy Copeland, John Michael Stephens, Pat Bilbrey and Dale Bilbrey.
Jeffery A. Taylor
Jeffery A. Taylor, 47, of Livingston passed away Dec. 8 at Livingston Regional Hospital. Graveside services were held Dec. 10 at Green Hill Cemetery in Alpine with Jr. Foster officiating. He was born Jan. 2, 1966 in Overton County. He was a machinist. He was preceded in death by parents Kenneth and Ann Gray Taylor. Surviving relatives include son Ethan Taylor of Livingston; daughter of Macy Taylor of Livingston; brother Greg Taylor of Livingston; sisters Rhonda Manis of Rickman and Kim Foster of Monroe; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Ethan Taylor, Rick Manis, Jr. Foster, Nick Foster, Jason Fletcher and Greg Taylor.
Shirley O. Reagan
Shirley O. Reagan, 88, of Anderson, Ind. passed away Nov. 28 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held Dec. 2 at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service and Crematory with Robert Bell officiating. Interment followed in Bronnenberg Cemetery with military honors provided by VFW Post 266 Honor Guard. He was born Aug. 16, 1925 in Livingston. He retired from Delco-Remy and had been employed by Central Indiana Railroad as an engineer. He was also a US Navy veteran of WWII, serving on the USS Cleveland. He was preceded in death by parents Ben and Webbie (Nation) Reagan; three brothers; three sisters; and a great grandson Dalton. Surviving relatives include wife Margaret (Taylor) Reagan; daughters Linda and husband James O’Bryant and Margaret and husband Tom Berry; son Gary and wife Rosemary Reagan; grandchildren Michelle O’Bryant, Gary “Randy” Reagan, Angella Bowling and Jessica Reagan; great grandchildren Sierra Reagan, Jaeden Bowling, Sabrina Mart, Blaze Reagan and Alanis Gibson, all of Anderson, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
Clodell Smith Ogletree
Clodell Smith Ogletree, 85, of Livingston passed away Dec. 11 at Bethesda Health Care Center. Funeral services were held Dec. 14 from Walnut Grove Church of Christ with Bro. Bobby Gore officiating. Interment followed in Walnut Grove Cemetery. She was born Nov. 15, 1928 in Overton County. She was an owner of a greenhouse/nursery and a member of Walnut Grove Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by parents Leslie Otto and Larchie Taylor Smith. Surviving relatives include husband Walter “Speck” Ogletree of Livingston; daughter Dian and husband Doug Franklin of Livingston; granddaughter Jennifer Masters and husband Shawn of Cookeville; grandson Brian Franklin and wife Stacie of Monroe; two great-grandchildren Callie and Jacob Swallows; and aunt Ruth Watkins. Pallbearers were Dwain Bilbrey, Rick Johnson, Johnny Hunter, Jerry Garrett, Brian Franklin and Shawn Masters. Honorary pallbearers were Danny Smith, Doug Cannon, Dwain Ledbetter, Montie Everly, Duel Johnson, Eddie Gilpatrick and Scottie Hunter.
Judy Gail Myers
Judy Gail Myers, 72, of Speaker Township, Mich. and formerly of Overton County passed away Dec. 9 in Speaker Township, Mich. Funeral services were held Dec. 14 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Fossey officiating. Interment followed in Ruth Chapel Cemetery. She was born Aug. 15, 1941 in Overton County. She was preceded in death by parents Pate Lee and Lillie Ethel Carmack Myers and brother Jim Myers. Surviving relatives include brother Horace Lee Myers of Nashville; nieces Sue Moore of Indiana and Vickie Graham of Hendersonville, Tenn; nephew Darryl Myers of Brentwood; and sister-in-law Billie Myers of Goodletsville. Pallbearers were Darryl Myers, Joel Meir and Jeff Young.
Linda Joyce Breeding
Linda Joyce Breeding, 58, of Livingston passed away Dec. 7 at Livingston Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held Dec. 10 from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home with Bro. Don Maxson officitiating. Interment was in Mt. Gilead Cemetery. She was born April 27, 1955 in Putnam County. She was preceded in death by mother Edith Mairl (Boles) Breeding; brothers Dennis and Danny Breeding; and nephew Jonathan Shane Breeding. Surviving relatives include husband Gerald Glen Gore of Livingston; daughter Tracy Gore and husband Tony of Allons; father Junior Wayne “Pat” Breeding of Livingston; sisters Janie Breeding of Livingston, Mairlyn Nelson of Johnson City and Patsy Durham of Butte, Mont.; brothers David Breeding and Doug Breeding, both of Livingston; and nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Pallbearers were Chris Breeding, Kendall Nelson, Dalton Breeding, Robby Robbins, Joey Smith and Doyle Smith.
Ronald Dale Miller
Ronald Dale Miller, 75, of Livingston passed away Dec. 14 at Livingston Regional Hospital. A memorial service will be held Dec. 20 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. He was born Jan. 17, 1938 in Allentown, Pa. He was a manager at Walmart, and he also worked in law enforcement. He is preceded in death by parents Ernest T. and Evelyn McElroy Miller and brother Ernest T. Miller. Surviving relatives include wife Hazel Miller of Livingston; son Ronald Dale Miller, Jr. of Sparta; daughters Nancy Jo Palmieri, Orlando, Fla., Betty Jean Miller, Homosassa Springs, Fla. and Shirley Ranee Miller, Eustis, Fla.; brothers Robert Bruce Miller and Bruce Dale Miller both of Orlando, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Dennis Biggs, 56, passed away Dec. 6 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services were held Dec. 9 at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Bilbrey officiating. Interment followed at Pharris Cemetery. Dennis Biggs was born Oct. 17, 1957 in Jackson County, Tenn. He was a carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents Mack Biggs and JoAnn Draper Biggs and three brothers Michael, Robert and Darrell Biggs. Surviving relatives include two sons Brian Biggs and Brent Biggs; two daughters Christy Biggs and Keisha Hensley; mothers of his children Joan Biggs and Sharon Hensley Beaty; five grandchildren Denton Bristow, Sarah Ballard, Briley Biggs, Michael Miller, Thomas Miller and one expectant grandchild; one brother Tommy Biggs and two sisters Diane Smith and Loretta Moore.
Reba Elise Cole
Reba Elise Cole was born January 29, 1930, to Clifford and Ruby Holoway and went to be with our heavenly Father on Saturday, December 7, 2013. She passed away peacefully at her home. Elise was a member of Gainesboro Church of Christ and retired from Heavy Duty Manufacturing and Osh Kosh B’Gosh in Gainesboro, TN. She is survived by two daughters Tommie Gayle Donohue (Dennis) and Diane Weilenman (Tim); four grandsons Charlie Cole, Barry Lewis, Chad Lewis and Timmy Donohue; two great grandsons Thaddeus Lewis and Sammie Cole; step grandkids Jacob and Monica Weilenman; one brother Joe Holoway of Ocala, FL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Charles and John “Bud” Holoway and one sister Dymple Rhoten.
