Jessel Harold Smith

Jessel Harold Smith, 71, of Celina passed away March 3 at the Cumberland River Hospital. Funeral services were held March 5 at the Hall Funeral Home with Dale Strong officiating. Interment followed in the Hestand Cemetery.

Jessel Harold Smith was born Nov. 9, 1941 in Indianapolis, IN. He was a foreman and affiliated with the Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents Fowler and Loraine (Lollar) Smith.

Surviving relatives include his wife Nell Dean (Hestand) Smith; daughter Robin Rich of Red Boiling Springs; sister Lois Cornwell of Tompkinsville, KY; brother Robert Smith of Murfreesboro; granddaughters Lauren Harris and husband Nathan of Lafayette and Jenna Hudson and husband Marcus of Red Boiling Springs; and a host of nieces and nephews.
