The State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, has filed a Petition to Declare Children Dependent and Neglected and for Legal Custody to Kin.  It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown.  You are hereby ORDERED to serve upon Tracy Caten, Attorney for the Tennessee Department of Children Services, 1300 Salem Road, Cookeville, Tennessee 38506, (931) 646-3011, an Answer to the Petition filed by the Tennessee Department of Children Services, within thirty (30) days of the last day of publication of this notice, and pursuant to Rule 39(e)(1) of the Tenn. R. Juv. P. you must also appear in the Juvenile Court of Jackson County, Tennessee at Gainesboro, Tennessee on the 2nd day of April, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. for the Adjudicatory Hearing on the Petition filed by the State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services  If you fail to do so, a default judgment will be taken against you pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 36-1-117(n) and Rule 55 of the Tenn. R. of Civ. ESTATE OF: Blanche Keith Dycus

Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of February. 2012, Letter of Testamentary, in respect to the estate of Blanche Keith Dycus, deceased, who died February 2, 2013 were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Jackson County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court at the Jackson County Court House, P.O. Box 342, Gainesboro, TN 38562 within the earlier of four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by a certain deed of trust executed by Tracey Martin (aka Tracey Roberts) and Ralph Roberts (now deceased) on the 10th day of August, 2006, to Don Calcote, Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register’s Office of Jackson County, Tennessee, in Book 45, page 136; and Don O. Johnson having been appointed Substitute Trustee; and Community Bank of the Cumberlands being the owner and holder of the debt secured, having requested the undersigned to advertise and sell the property described in and conveyed by the said deed of trust, all of the said indebtedness having matured by default in the payment of a part thereof, this is to give notice that the undersigned will on March 26, 2013, commencing at 11:30 a.m., at the east door of the Jackson County Courthouse, Gainesboro, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described tract of property, to-wit:
