Chili Supper To Be Held

The East Clay Volunteer Fire Department will host a “Chili Supper Fundraiser” on Saturday, Feb. 9 from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Maple Grove School.

Father/Daughter Date Night Scheduled

The CCHS golf booster club has scheduled the 7th Annual Father/Daughter Date Night for Saturday, March 2 at the school cafeteria and tickets for the event are now on sale. The event will begin at 6 p.m. that evening and a buffet-style dinner will be served. Attendees will receive a gift bag and a photograph by the photographer on hand and a DJ will play music from all generations. Organizers encourage all fathers and daughters to come enjoy food, dancing and fun.  They also said substitute fathers are welcome to attend as escorts. Tickets will be on sale at Celina K-8 on Saturdays during Junior Pro games Feb. 2 and 9 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. and also at the CCHS gymnasium Tuesday, Feb. 5 from 5:30-7:15 p.m. during the home basketball game with Jackson County. Tickets are also available at Macon Bank and Trust and Bank of Celina during business hours through Friday, Feb. 20.
