22, 2004, by GEORGE G. PHILLIPS, and DEAN PHILLIPS, which appears of

351, Page 412 (“Deed of Trust”) will sell for cash at a foreclosure sale
requested by the current holder of the Deed of Trust and underlying
indebtedness, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the property
