Roadblocks

The Overton County Sheriff’s Department would like to announce a series of checkpoints to be conducted during the New Year’s holiday throughout the county. The checkpoints are in effort to stop drunk driving and promote safety. The Sheriff’s Department asks that if you choose to drink, always get a sober designated driver and buckle up.

Trash Pick Up

The Town of Livingston offices will be closed on Dec. 23 and Dec. 26 for the Christmas holiday. Friday’s trash will be picked up on Dec. 22 and Monday’s trash will be picked up on Dec. 27. The offices will be closed on Jan. 2 for New Years. Monday’s trash will be picked up on Jan. 3.
