Triple P-Positive Parenting Program

The Parent-Child Connection, a parent’s support group, will be meeting Mondays from 4-5:30 p.m. at The Stephens Center at 616 North Church St.  The theme for the Dec. 5 meeting will be “Family Survival Tips.” For more information, call 823-6432.  There is no charge for PCC sessions.

Chili Supper

The Overton County Junior Wildcats baseball team will be having a chili supper and auction on Dec. 3 in the Livingston Academy cafeteria beginning at 6 p.m.

Board Of Education

The Overton County Board of Education will meet in regular session Dec. 5 at the Central Education Office as directed by Chairman Howard Miller. The open door work session will begin at 5 p.m. and the board meeting will immediately follow.

Open House

The Overton County Nursing Home will have their Christmas Open House on Dec. 4 from 2-4 p.m. The residents will be singing a Christmas medley. If you have any questions call 823-6403.
