A Dodge Van hit a dump truck on Hwy. 52 Friday just after lunch, resulting in injuries to at least two people. The accident occurred in the construction zone at the Livingston City limits at 1:01 p.m.
According to a report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a 1993 Dodge Van, driven by James Beachboard, 55 of Livingston, was traveling east on State Route 52 West in a construction zone where traffic was not permitted to drive when he struck a 2000 Kenworth Dump Truck.
