County Approves Properties For Sale

Overton County will soon be selling two properties that the county acquired because the owners failed to pay property taxes – including one piece of land in Livingston that the former owner was apparently using as a rental property.

County Executive Ben Danner said the properties in question include a two-acre parcel between Right Road and Cooktown Road in the Cravenstown community and a lot at 907 Preston St. in Livingston.
